There are not enough words to praise the excellent work that Adam and Jeremy do to keep this operation running smoothly.  These guys have the mantra to get it done right, and right now, which is why they are being recognized as our employee spotlight this month! 

Adam has been a part of the Cal-Tex family for 4 years and brings with him over a decade of warehouse managerial experience! 

While Adam wears several important hats at Cal-Tex Electric, his biggest role is when our field guys need tools, products, or even a boom truck.  He ensures that the materials get to the job site if they are not already there.  Adam says,

“I like feeling overwhelmed because I know I can get the job done no matter what the obstacles.”

A true outdoorsman, when he is not working, he spends his time with family, which includes wife, Stephanie and 3 kids! They have fun hunting, fishing and boating.

Jeremy joined the team in 2019.  After going through some significant life changes, he came across a listing for Cal-Tex.  Unfortunately, he was unable to start full time right away.  However, seeing his potential, Jeremy was hired and offered to do some smaller jobs just to get him in the door.  And today, Jeremy continues to be an asset to the company. 

“I really enjoy getting out and operating our equipment.  I just enjoy the fact that it seems I can help to make everyone’s day go just a bit smoother.”

When Jeremy is not at Cal-Tex, he enjoys just being with his wife, Kayla, and their two kids…and their animals! They have 2 dogs, 2 cats, 1 bunny, 7 chickens and 2 ducks to keep track of!  And when they do have some free time, they like to just jump in the car and go looking for random places to explore.

Fun fact, they both love Jersey Mikes Subs: specifically, the Chipotle Philly cheese steak sandwich with extra chipotle mayo and jalapenos.
