Texas Roadhouse Project Overview:

Cal-Tex Electrical served as the electrical contractor for the ground-up construction of a new Texas Roadhouse, delivering high-quality Electrical Installation and construction services for this fully engineered project. Working from the provided plans, our team ensured that all Commercial Electrical systems were installed efficiently, safely, and in full alignment with the project specifications. This new restaurant required robust electrical infrastructure to support both the dining area and the high-demand kitchen environment. Cal-Tex installed a 1200-amp, 120/208-volt electrical service to power the entire facility. Our team also completed the Electrical Installation for all lighting and sound systems throughout the restaurant, helping create the lively and welcoming atmosphere guests expect. Additional work included installing five rooftop HVAC units, three walk-in food coolers, and a dedicated walk-in beer cooler designed to maintain a steady 36 degrees to keep beverages perfectly chilled. The project also included installation of a complete Ansul control system serving two kitchen hoods, supporting critical fire safety requirements.

The large kitchen and prep areas—where food is prepared from scratch daily—required precise coordination and reliable Commercial Electrical infrastructure. With careful attention to detail, our experienced electrical contractors successfully delivered the installation needed to support the restaurant’s busy operations.
